Upwork Bidding Expert

Remote Full-time Competitive Salary + Commission Immediate Joining

We're looking for an experienced Upwork Bidding Expert to join our business development team. You'll be responsible for identifying potential projects, crafting winning proposals, and securing new clients on Upwork platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork
  • Create compelling, customized proposals
  • Maintain high response and conversion rates
  • Coordinate with technical teams for project requirements
  • Build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in Upwork bidding
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Understanding of IT services market
  • Proven track record of successful bids
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
